Refund & Return Policy

Wolf Bag Clothing

At Wolf Bag Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Clearance”

  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

    Exchanges

    We offer exchanges for different sizes (subject to availability).

    If you would like a different size:

    • Follow the return process above

    • Indicate the size you would like instead

    If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

    Email us with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • You will be notified by email

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account again

    2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

    3. Contact your bank

    Canada & USA Customers

    We currently accept returns from customers located in Canada and the United States.

    International shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

    Refunds will be processed in the original currency used at checkout.
